I’m Kriszti, a painter from Budapest. I study fine art and do graphic design, and I'm interested in all kinds of crafts. I love trash just as much as art. I like to carve and print with joghurt boxes, paint on pizza cartons, mess around with paper mache, do cathair collage, melt plastic bottles, and most importantly, make cool things out of metal cans.
After you arrived and settled down, I will show you how I prepare and paint cans, then I'll let you work in your own pace. You can make jewellery, keychains, tags for your pet or invent anything else, it's fine to just experiment as well. There are plenty of books to get inspiration from, and I'll be there the whole time if you need help. I'm happy to teach you a bit of painting too. If you are…
Tools and paint you need for the workshop
Clothes you don't mind getting paint on, but I can give you some too
We’ll be staying at my workroom and kitchen at Corvin-negyed, where you'll be able to see what I've created so far and get plenty of ideas about what you can do.
