We'll kick start our food and religion tour with a sumptuous breakfast - Nasi Lemak, our Malaysian staple food that can be eaten at any given time! Rest assured that the place we would be going serves the best Nasi Lemak in KL, as 99.9% locals have claimed, including our current and past prime minister. After filling our tummy, we'll head to Batu Caves, a limestone hill that houses few temples and other attractions, not to mention the native permanent residents - wild monkeys, too! At there, I will be leading you guys to join their rituals. Done with Batu Caves visit, we will have some cold desserts to chill our body alongside other locals at a hidden spot. Then, we will head to one of the prettiest mosques in KL to learn about our official religion. Though I'm sure you might be still full, you'll magically make some space for the best Roti Naan in KL. Finally, we will depart for our last destination, Thean Hou temple, one of the most prominent temples in Kuala Lumpur. At there, I will guide you guys to ask for blessings from the three formidable goddesses. For special or last minute arrangements, please drop me a message!
Hi, I am JD! Born as an avid foodie, I constantly look for good food and experiment with newly opened eateries. To date, I have run tours on this platform for over a year and I am definitely going strong and better. It is because I genuinely believe that a very down-to-earth and personal interaction with a local is what makes a trip to a foreign country priceless and unforgettable. On the top of that, I am also an enthusiast of religions where I am always passionate to share my knowledge with, if you are keen. Book me and I will assure you a valuable time in Kuala Lumpur!

Dropoff around KL area
Firstly, it is Batu Caves, more than a century old attraction which is popular for its magnificent tall-standing statue of Lord Murugan, the Hindu god of war. Secondly, it is Federal Territory Mosque whose architecture is inspired by 5 iconic buildings around the world. Thirdly, Thean Hou temple, a very traditional and popular temple among local chinese that overlooks the city. Most of my experience is outdoors and in car while travelling.
Places that we are visiting are deemed sensitive; thus, please wear appropriate attire with shoulders and knees covered. Both eateries (breakfast and lunch) are usually packed over the weekends.
