We start with some historical information about our family, the farm itself, the sheep and our concept. Then we will go around the farm, including some time with the sheep and lambs. Children are also given shepherd costumes to take pictures with the lambs. Visitors can join in to feed the sheep and give milk to the baby lambs. Then we move on to milking some of the sheep, followed by a tour of the processing room where you can see the how we process the milk into cheese and other products. Following this experience, guests get to taste the various products that we make including fresh cheeses, aged cheeses and other Maltese traditional products.

My name is Emanuel Agius, and together with my parents, Anna & Carmelo, and one of my brothers, Joseph, we have officially opened our family farm for you to enjoy. With a diploma in computer studies, and my recently acquired Master in Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship from the University of Malta, I have acquired the necessary skills to learn how to best offer you an authentic experience of our farm, and give you a taste of my family’s daily life. Our farm specialises in making sheep’s milk products, including speciality cheeses and ice-cream. We can’t wait until you try our dairy products.
Guests will visit our sheep farm in the outskirts of Haz-zebbug, where all the experience is held. From the milking to the cheese making and the product tasting. Buses Run Directly from Valletta Bus Terminal and the closest Bus Stop is just 1 minute walk from the farm.

Since the experience is held in a farm with animals we do recommend you bring an additional t-shirt to swap upon departure, especially if you’re going to visit other places for the day.
