For only a limited period of time (November, December and January), you can experience an amazing wonder of Light Art installations by boat. The artworks are specially designed for the Amsterdam Light Festival. During our experience you will see a big part of these artworks and installations.
Our beautiful and safe electric boats are cozy, exclusive and comfortabel.
With a boat cover and large windows between warm blankets and comfy pillows, you have nothing to worry about. We will sail under, next and even over some of the artworks. We will cruise the east part of Amsterdam which is designated as the Festive area. The tour is appr. 70 min. where drinks and snacks are all inclusive.
The boats are open which will give you the true feeling of being one with the artworks, but can be closed as it can be very cold or rainy this time of year. Blankets are there to keep you comfy and we serve wine, beer, soft drinks, Gluhwein (mulled wine), tea and coffee to keep the inner you warm.
The only thing we need from our guests is to sit back, see art, enjoy each others company, share stories and meet other people from all over the world.

As we start from the prestige Gentlemen’s canal we will cross the beautiful river Amstel. Here we will see the first impressive artworks as well as the iconic Skinny Bridge, Theater Carre and the Hermitage. We enter the eastern part by passing University Island, Artis zoo and Entrepotdok with It’s impressive warehouses. Then Nemo, Maritime Museum with the famous VOC replica. The last part is tranquil and gives room to mingle, chat and interact

Stephan was very knowledgeable, right on time and super hospitable with the great snacks and drinks he provided us!My family of four had a great time learning about the city, seeing all the beautiful sites and really enjoying this magical experience on the water. Stephan is charismatic, funny and full of stories about the city... I'm sure you'll leave this boat with the best memories of your trip to AMS.
The boat itself is modern, clean and very comfortable! Very generous snacks and drinks.... the mulled wine was to die for!!!

We had a fantastic experience on the canal tour. The food and beverages were plentiful and the boat had a cozy feel to it, with plenty of blankets to cuddle up. The boat was open which was a must for us! It allowed for a great, unobstructed view of the light displays. I highly recommend booking a canal tour with Pochani.

We were lucky enough to book the very last light cruise of the year with Stephen our tour guide / bartender! The drink & food items supplied were absolutely fantastic. Once we and the other guests emptied all the wine, Stephen pulled the boat over to get out more!
Stephen as our host was excellent. He got everyone talking and we were all made to feel very comfortable.
The boat was warm, cozy and filled with friendly vibes.
