Want to try your hand at glassblowing and make a memorial paperweight? You'll experience first hand the thrill of working with molten glass and will create a unique work of cremorial art from start to finish. I will start with an overview of the glass studio and the glassmaking process and show you how to make a paperweight. You’ll will select the colors for your paperweight and after the first gather of molten glass, you will roll the glass in the colors and your loved one's ashes, then we will help shape the piece with you. There will be an additional gather of clear glass to encase the color and ashes. After an overnight controlled cooling process, you walk away the next day with your own, one-of-a-kind keepsake creation or we can arrange shipping for a small additional cost. You can make additional smaller paperweights with color and cremains for a fee of $45. each.
