※If there is hope for the date and time, Please say it. I will hold the class according to your wishes as much as I can!! Let’s cook rice sandwiches. It’s super easy and tasty, just wrap fillings with rice like sandwiches. I’ll prepare a lot of fillings(Teriyaki chicken, scramble egg etc). You can make your original ones with your favorite ingredients! We’ll cook miso soup with seasonable vegetables. It’s popular for Japanese as well, local mom cooks for children. Let’s enjoy it with local mom and charge energy to start your day! My studio is located on Kappabashi Street (the largest kitchenware street in Japan), and the Asakusa Temple is also 10 minutes on foot. After charging the energy, how about sightseeing in downtown Tokyo?
Hello! I’m YUMI. I’ve lived in Asakusa for 18years. I posted magazine articles as a chef, and made 9 years of original recipe making. Also, as a mama I make simple and nutritious food everyday. When I was a university student, I visited various countries as a backpacker. These experiences and encounters are my roots and treasures. I would like to make opportunity that people can taste “Japan” when they come back to home. For these reasons mentioned above, I establish “COOK! ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI”. I’ll provide travelers of special experience and interaction. As long as I have breath, I remain.
