The experience is about awakening your 5 senses, you will learn the few steps to make, shape and bake a baguette, make butter, and finally eat your masterpiece on the Lake during a wonderful lunch together! We will start with coffee and Norwegian waffles: I was fortunate in my past to live in Norway for a few years and those waffles are very enjoyable with strawberry jam and home made whipped cream...This Norwegian breakfast will be a great time for all of us to get to know each other before starting the few workshops. We will knead and shape the baguettes, we will make the dough, we will make butter, we will learn sabrage, the art of opening a bottle of Champagne with a sabre, we will learn to score, steam and bake the baguettes and we will finally eat our creations in a wonderful sit down bistro lunch. We will have a choices of cured meats, cheeses and devour our home made baguettes with our own organic butter. You also will be able to bring a complimentary Baguette to your family!
I was born and raised in Normandie, France. I am the owner of La Baguette llc and I have been told many times that my Organic French Baguette is the best bread people have ever had!! Making baguettes consists of a few important yet easy step by step techniques that most of us are scared to try.... Thanks for considering my experience and believe me, eating a warm, freshly baked crunchy organic baguette with home made butter is extraordinary! Though this experience is a lot more than just making bread...I believe in strong connections and my workshop is a perfect platform for individuals to connect with guests from all over the country and even the world.

This Is a very unique cooking/baking experience, it will take place in my personal kitchen/ house. I am registered with the AZ Department of health Services and permited to bake from Home through the Home Baked and Confectionary Goods program. We will spend most of the time hands on in the kitchen before eating our organic baguettes but will also spend time on the deck on the lake. I will be your Social Hostess for approximately 3 hours.
