Come and enjoy Budapest sightseeing with your camera, ready to take professional photos. Whether you shoot with your smartphone or the latest DSLR model, be a beginner or a pro, I promise you will benefit from the tour. There are day and night tours, please make your choice. Dates and hours are flexible and may be different from the timetable on the Airbnb site, so please let me know your preference. The night shift starts at about sunset which can vary from one day to the other so let me confirm the actual beginning of the walk. During our 2-hour photo walk, we go through the best places for your unique photos of Budapest. At some dates, you can see a 0 USD price for the experience. This means that time you can choose a longer or a shorter walk instead of the usual 2-hour slot and compensate it as agreed in advance, please send me a note if you select this option. After a mini workshop about photography basics (if needed), camera settings, composition rules, we start to occupy the best spots that average tourists will hardly find. (Extra time can be added if required.) With me, you can have access to some gates and paths that aren't normally open or known to everyone and that provide you with excellent lookout posts to exciting sights of the city. For your breathtaking photos, you need to know WHERE to go with your camera and WHEN to shoot and this is what I can help in.
My name is Zoltan, I was born and live in Budapest so know the city in and out. I started to take photos when I was a child and over the years, I practised this activity as a hobby. For many years, I used to work as an advertising creative, planning campaigns, managing and supervising photo and film productions. Meanwhile, I graduated at New York Institute of Photography and decided to shift my passion to profession. As a local pro photographer, I can show you the ideal spots to take your own professional looking photos of my beautiful city and also give you all the technical help you need.
Itineraries are flexible and depend on your request, the weather, or time of day, too. We most often start our walk at Heroes' Square, or the downtown at an easy-to-find public place. Looking for the well-known monuments, or get off the beaten track, depends first of all on your request and previous experience. Liberty bridge, Chain bridge, Gellért hill and the Parliament are the most popular subjects but you can discover unusual spots as well.
Please specify your photographic knowledge. Any level is welcome but it's important to know your actual experience and expectance. Please let me know if you have a special interest in terms of sights.
