This experience is for you if you want to take time for you to relax and recharge during your time in Queenstown. I will lead you in 60 minutes of Yoga asanas, pranayama and relaxation with the help of a Tibetan singing bowl to enhance your serene and calming experience in the alpine setting. After the class you’re welcome to ask questions to find out more about Queenstown, your Yoga practice and take your unique Yoga photos with the back drop of Lake Wakatipu. These classes are suitable for all levels as I provide adjustments and variations for all including beginners and for pregnancy.
Kia Ora, my name's Jess. I’m a kiwi born and bred in Auckland, living in Queenstown for the last five years. I first qualified as a Yoga Teacher in Bali in 2013 and then in New Zealand in 2017. I completed Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga training in Auckland with Dr Pooja in 2019. I am inspired by the endless Yogic tools which offer us a vehicle to spiritual connection, physical restoration, easing of the chatterings of the mind and self healing. I believe it is essential to take time for your Self to breathe, move and be silent for this to happen. I love traveling and meeting new people from all over the world, I look forward to meeting you and sharing Yoga with you soon!
Your Yoga practice will take place in the Sea Scout Hall in the Frankton Marina next to the Boat Shed Cafe.
