I was born and raised in Seoul but I spent the last 13 years living in many corners of the world (Italy, UK, HK, Nepal, Mexico, and more). One of the most impactful experiences I had during my adventure was living in a Zen Buddhist monastery to learn about meditation mindfulness. It has changed my world to be filled with more of clarity, focus and love, less of fear and anxiety. We’ll most likely go up to Inwang mountain forest walk via Sooseong waterfall for our morning meditative hike but we could do a slightly different version of this run, depending on the weather and ability of the group. (ie. we can practice the meditation at a nearby temple instead)
Choose Athletic pants to hike and sit comfortably. Comfortable footwear like athletic shoes, socks are recommended. And wear layers.
