The right mindset is to be free from all concerns and have a clear mind, made possible only through love and compassion. We'll have a brief talk about the benefits of Yoga & meditation to the mind & body. We will start with 15 min of Breathing exercise then we will practice Hatha yoga, (traditional yoga) for about 30 minutes. Hatha yoga can consist of any level you desire, from beginner to advanced. We will end our class with a guided Mindfulness meditation for about 15 minutes, with a take-home technique. Free from the bounds of indoor walls and harsh forced air, the class will take place outdoors, where you can be surrounded by the scenes of trees and sounds of birds, all while feeling the breeze blow by.
Born and raised in Egypt, have learned a lot of different Yoga and meditation techniques. I lead more than one Meditation & Yoga groups through different events, and I have meet-up groups. On my Eight 10-day Vipassanā Silent retreat, I Learned & taught this technique for almost a year and I absolutely love it. I'm A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training and teaching experience 500hr Advanced Teacher Training by Yoga Alliance. It's my passion to teach and see people happy with a peace clear mind & body
We will practice at Fort DeRussy Beach Park. With a view of the ocean, and shade from the palm trees, this will be a place you can unwind and balance your mind.
