You do't need to have any experience at Barre o Ballet fit to join this class and I will adapt the exercise to your level and needs!:) This Dynamic contemporary class is for everybody who are interested in an effective cardio strength and restorative session near to the oceon! I will welcome you at the espigo de Bogatell (Bogatell's dock) and you will enjoy the physical, mental and emotional well-being benefits of the sea, while practicing Barre Balance, Ballet Fit to warm up, establish alignment, strengthen your body, and get some cardiovascular endurance too! The playlist assembles a combination of world music! You will love the positive vibes!:) (45 minutes). After this part, we will walk in to the marine dock to finish the session while practicing some Yoga and a bit of pilates too, to work out the core, stretch and relax your mind and body (45 minutes )
Hi! I am Velntina, I live very close to the beach in Barcelona. I love to make my classes near the ocean and share this wonderful healing feeling of sitting and listening to the sound of waves. I am a qualified Pilates, Yoga and Dancer Instructor, with 15 years of experience, also a Therapist in Expressive Arts and an artist, with a strong passion and a creative approach to teaching. And I like to adapt my class to people's needs so they can just enjoy their experience!. I have chosen the Bogatell ducks because it is the perfect location; it is easy to get there, it has a long barre, with a wonderful view to the sea, and being close to the sea helps us restore the natural chemicals in our body designed to make us feel relaxed. Also the sea air is charged with healthy negative ions that build our body’s capacity to absorb more oxygen that promote good health and boost our immune system!
