I've been taking people into experiences in Nature for the last 24 years. I love people, I love wilderness, I love helping people become whole. Breathing deep of fresh air, putting media away and slowing down to remember who you are is why forest bathing is necessary and beneficial for all.
Using all 5 senses, we will experience nature in profound ways. We will be reminded of our true selves. We will go slow enough to see and hear what we usually fly right by. We will taste, smell and feel in unique ways. Forest Bathing/Walking can take place in the Urban setting or out in the wild. It's a practice that will enrich your life.
