We will meet outside the Philippion Hotel in Seih Sou, where you can easily park for free. We'll start our activity from there and hike in the woods to explore the unique beauty of the peri-urban forest. After hiking for 1,5 km we will reach a spot with magnificent view of Thessaloniki, where we will exercise for an hour using alternative fitness equipment (functional training). Our circuit training aims to improve cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength, flexibility, and stress reduction. Our functional training program includes: • Aerobic exercises • Core exercises • Bodyweight exercises • Exercises for abs • Spine strengthening exercises Once we complete our functional session we will have a break to enjoy our snack and fruit while watching the beautiful view of the city. On our way back we will return from the same path hiking again for 1,5 km. Our experience is ideal for anyone who wants to escape the stress and noise of the city while tasting an outdoor activity with us.

We will start our hike outside the Philippion Hotel and reach a plateau after almost 2 km where we will do our functional training session inhaling the clean air outside the city.
