Superb hand-made traditional cuisine, whose simple yet precious secrets will be shared in a friendly, homely environment facing the Gulf of Poets. You will have what I had when I was a child at my home: a full immersion experience in the authentic Italian cuisine. Specifically, we will travel together back and forth from Liguria and Campania discovering traditional recepies, made of selected, genuine and local ingredients (and there will be much more than Pesto, of course!). I like to cook seasonal foods and I love to take fresh vegetables from my garden (when there are)!! We’ll learn how to transform those ingredients in delicious dishes. The cooking lesson will be paired with complementary Italian wine and home-made spirits, which will make your experience unforgettable(!). If you'd like to take a class at a time not avaible, please get in touch, I'll try to schedule you a new slot. For private classes, I can organize vegan lessons! My class can also be offered in italian, of course.
I have been cooking since I could not even reach the dining table and my mum had to place me on a chair...over time what was a game became a passion...passion for the research of the ingredients, curiosity to make new experiments with new recipes, love for food, and respect for the raw materials.I am a very acquisitive person and this has help me to form my passion for cooking. I have attended cooking courses in Val D'Orcia, Parma, and Avellino. My way of cooking has been greatly influenced by the different Italian regions where I have lived and the people who have lived there for generations.

In my kitchen We will cook and we will have an experience of aromas and flavors brought together with recipes that I have collected and created over my lifetime. The kitchen is full of italian aesthetics and has a wonderfull view of the Gulf of Poets. In my garden we will find thyme, basil, chives,marjoram,savory,rosemary that will give the dishes a delicius taste.
