Sedona has a long history of attracting & inspiring artists. Are you ready to wander & to be the latest one? This unique adventure is a creative session & hunt into a magical place & your own creativity. You will take a deeper dive into the power and inspiration of Sedona. Let's get up early and go! Tara, your creative collaborator & cheerleader( and scavenger hunt master)will be curating creative exercises and brainstorming along the way. Your session will start with a creative powwow to get background info on you and have a discussion about where you are at and want togo. She designed this experience as a "deeper dive" into Sedona and creativity than her other hunts in multiple locations. Its best to show up with a blank slate and an open mind but to clarify- some of the exercises we may do(depending on the guests) is to walk and breathe mindfully, simple yoga, improv with your host, choosing an impromptu subject and co-writing a story or poem, observation, going barefoot, or incorporating singing or musical instruments. The journey IS the process. While this experience very well may turn into Stage 1 of a creative project or journey, Lets dive into creativity for its very own sake! Private sessions (meaning no other guests will be allowed that date)are available for 1 or 2 guests for $175 for 1 or 2 adventurers.
