Let's start the evening in the perfect way. We'll meet in front of the Gwangan Station on Busan Metro Line 2 and then head to the running path along the beach. You'll immediately find the motivation to exercise when you see the beautiful Gwangan Bridge. We will stretch first and then run leisurely along the path—about five kilometers round trip—with a stop at one of the outdoor gyms that has a front row seat of the incredible scenery. There, we will do some abdominal exercises, pull-ups, and use the various machines. Afterwards, we will jog back toward the main section of the beach and have a water or soda with a great view. This is the run the locals do and I'll be happy to share all my knowledge of Busan and Korea to help make your trip more enjoyable.
I am from the USA and I have visited over 50 countries. I've lived an international lifestyle in Busan and in Korea for about five years. I am a huge workout enthusiast. I run this route every day, compete in triathlons—including a half ironman—and have ridden my bicycle across seven countries. I love exercise and believe it improves every other aspect of my life. I am excited to share my running route with you, which I consider to be the nicest in Busan. Let's exercise together in front of one of the nicest views.
Choice of water or soda
We will run along the beach and bike-running path in Gwangalli. We will constantly have a beautiful view of the bridge all lit up as we exercise. We'll also have a chance to explore an outdoor gym that is frequented by Korean locals. At the end of our workout, we'll relax with a refreshing drink and take in the view.
