I'm co-founder of Tulum's iconic specialty coffee shop that roasts and brews coffee locally. Coffee aficionado myself, upon arriving at the Mexican Caribbean I was perplexed to find that fresh-roasted coffee is not easy to come by... especially considering that Mexico is home to excellent coffee! Thus, I proudly deliver LIVE coffee roasted either in our 25-kilo industrial roaster or our small batch hand roaster. My premium and specialty-grade beans are carefully sourced from coffee farms throughout Mexico. The beans arrive fresh, raw and green so that we may lovingly nurture their transformation into freshly-roasted, LIVE coffee goodness.
