The sanctuary is located in Campbellford, Ontario, halfway between Peterborough and Belleville and only 2-hours' drive from Toronto. You're invited to tour the grounds, including the 100-year-old barn that houses our rescued animals. If you feel comfortable and our farm friends are up to it, you may interact with the animals by feeding, grooming and playing with them. Our potbelly pigs Molly and Kevin, really appreciate a good belly rub and our goats, Babe and Taco, love granola bars and cheerios. There are five horses, all very gentle and friendly, who are always up for a good brushing or a carrot treat. You are welcome to bring carrots and apples for the animals. Weather permitting, we will take the horses and dogs for a walk through the wooded trails on our property or have a play session with the horses in the ring.
You are welcome to stay after your visit for some tea, vegan treats and conversation.
Hey, I'm Kat, the founder of a registered non-profit, volunteer-based farm sanctuary, located in Campbellford, Ontario. This is a passion project a lifetime in the making. I've always had a special connection with animals; rescuing cats, dogs, squirrels, birds and bunnies and being a foster mom to many of the same. A lucky twist of fate has allowed me to purchase a farm in November 2017 and my dream of saving animals became a reality! It is the most rewarding and at times the most heartbreaking work I've ever done. I love being able to make a difference and am so happy to share my passion with you.

Its mission is to provide care and a safe haven to neglected, abused, homeless and older animals in need and to promote a kind and compassionate lifestyle through humane education for the public.
