This is a very hands-on experience - you will learn the basics of glassblowing and progress through to creating your own pieces in your choice of colors and design! We are the only glassblowing experience that books 2 people at a time so that you get to have a truly one-on-one experience with a lot of hands-on time on the torch. If you have more than 2 people in your party - just ask! Once you arrive at our studio, you will go over the project with Jason: What pieces you want to make, size, colors, etc. Once you and Jason have the "blueprint" laid out, Jason will create the pieces with you. You get to make your own pieces with Jason's guidance (limited to basic pieces). He can also do the difficult parts and have you assist (wide selection of pieces to choose from). If you do not feel comfortable on the torch, you can have Jason make some amazing pieces for you. It's entirely up to you how much or little you want to do; however, when you are on the torch you will be under the hands-on guidance of Jason at all times for your safety. Depending on the size and complexity of your choices, you will be able to make between 1-3 pieces each! PLUS you get to keep any pieces Jason demos!

Create your own 420 glass pieces with local glass artist Jason Thiemann! Jason is a 2nd generation glassblower with over 25 years experience who will lead you through all the steps from design through production of your very own pieces to take home and enjoy! Jason’s artistic process began as a young child, when at age 10 he started learning the fundamentals of glassblowing from his parents. As an adult, his full-time career started at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas as a demonstration artist glassblower, where he had the opportunity to work aside many world-renowned glassblowers. ***IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE SMOKING ACCESSORIES, CHECK OUT OUR REGULAR GLASSBLOWING EXPERIENCE! https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/187756
