I retired from teaching after 30 years and cooking has always been my passion. The Portuguese ruled Goa for over 400 years and my family is born and raised in Goa during this era. Hence the food we cook has a lot of Portuguese influence. Our family recipes have been passed on from generations and we're family of people who love and enjoy cooking. I'd like to share this passion with everyone.
You will be welcomed into my home on the river front for an experience of traditional Goan/Portuguese, food using recipes of my ancestors. I will show you all the ingredients that go into the making of the masala/spices and we will make it together. We will use this later for making two Goan-Portuguese dishes depending on your choice.
