I am cooking traveler. I cook Macrobiotic dishes, which are made of fresh, natural, and organic seasonal vegetables, grains, and beans, and Japanese traditional food, which are made of Japanese traditional seasonings "Hakko-chomiryo" like "miso (fermented soybeans paste)", "shoyu (soy source)", and "shiokoji (fermented rice salt)" at many places not only in Japan but also in other countries. I live in Isumi, Chiba, where I hold own fields for rice and vegetables and I am preparing for farm-stay guesthouse.

実施場所

My house is located in Isumi City, which has beautiful and confortable environment. You can find beautiful sceneries on the way to my house, which is surrounded by nature. You can see rice fields around my house, where you can hear sound of singing birds. Isumi is very "peaceful" place.
