I want to take you in a tour through my city where you'll feel like another Cuban, getting closer to our day by day, and where I'll show you things about our reality that you probably won't find by yourself. We'll eat typical snacks, see a market, buy in a grocery store, walk through a very popular boulevard, visit "particular" and "state" shops, take different public transportations as a "bicitaxi", a bus and an "almendrón" (colective taxi), walk through the crowded "La Rampa" in El Vedado, visit a handicraft's market, eat ice cream at the most popular ice cream parlour of La Habana, get connection to internet at the Cuban way, and finish spending a nice time at my favorite coffeehouse (a very original and comfortable place made with creativity and invention) where probably one of my friends will join us to share his experiences as student, worker, both or none in this particular island. And this is not all, because during the travel we'll be playing a game that will help us to interact more with the Cuban reality and understand it better :).
I am a lifelong Habanera, a student of photography, French and graphic design, and especially a passionate about Cuba. I spent four years living in Central America, introducing me to other cultures while reinforcing my love for my homeland. Nowadays I'm like any other young Cuban: living with dreams, hopes and dificulties... I also have another friend that sometimes leads this experience. Her name is Susel and she is very firendly, the perfect person for this. She's student of Industrial Engineering and is very communicative. She also lived some time in Germany so she has a wider perspective about life. Together we want to offer you an authentic vision of Havana. I also offer other Experiences! (view profile)

Well...this is a dynamic tour ;) We'll start at the zero point of the city: the Capitol, and from there we'll walk through unique streets of Old and Central Havana, then we'll catch a bicitaxi and a bus to the eternally young El Vedado and after an "almendrón" will take us to the prestigious Miramar where is my favorite cafe. All of this while we do the activities I mentioned before. Are you ready?!
We are going to walk around 2 km under a wonderful sun so come prepared! And don't forget to bring your better disposition and many questions. My IG: @havanawithastudent @danielaarteagaphotos I also have other experiences like Let's play at the Cuban way! and Havana coffee and photo time!
