Being passionate about gastronomy and wine, I will take you to the open-air market of Aix to buy quality specialties to enjoy together at the end of the tour in a magical place off the beaten track.
During this tour, we walk through the alleys full of history, I would lead you to visit the best bakery, a workshop of Calisson, a creator of Macaron, a shop of olive oil, a producer of goat cheese, a chocolatier and a deli for sausage/ ham cooked, a manufacturer of Madeleine.”

Laurent conducted a very interesting and entertaining tour, packed with historic information about Aix en Provence. We collected local foods and goodies and enjoyed a tasty picnic at the end with the varietal of our choosing from the wine shop.
His assistant, Logan was equally charming as she practiced details of the tour along the way and saved a lovely table in the shade for our meal. We truly enjoyed our window of time with these warm and friendly locals.
