During the class you’ll learn how to make authentic Ligurian food. Such as Focaccia, Torta cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta cheese and borages) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). Once finished, we will have a nice meal together, we will drink good homemade italian wine and you will get you recipe booklet.
Since the age of eight I’ve been learning cooking. It’s a long family tradition. We come from and have lived in different regions of Italy, which made me developing a good knowhow of Italian cooking. I’ve been learning languages and lived abroad. I attended cooking classes as well. For this reason I’ve decided to melt my knowledges together and create this activity. I love knowing new persons, most of all coming from different countries and exchange experiences. I’ll host you in my home kitchen, which is well equipped to create different dishes. I’m actually working for myself cooking homemade dishes for local people and teaching foreign people how to cook authentic Italian food.
I love my home because is on the sea and you feel yourself in a special way, as you were always on holiday. There’s a wonderful view of the sea and of the surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped and you can cook watching the sea. This city area it's one of the most beautiful in Genoa. Once finished the lessons, you could take a nice walk to Boccadasse.
