We'll sit around the kitchen table for a cup of tea or coffee and chat about why we love bread and baking. Then we'll get straight into the action as I'll be demonstrating how I make the classic loaves, including a traditional white loaf (during the winter this will be in the Aga oven and in the summer in my conventional electric oven) and a malted seeded bread. I'll also show you how many different types of bread you can make from the same basic dough mixture, e.g. pitta and pizza dough. We will break for lunch, where you'll have an opportunity of eating some of your delicious bread, to accompany a light lunch.

The bread making class will take place in my kitchen, using our large wooden kitchen table to gather around and get stuck in!
