To start your experience we'll serve a warm-up aperitivo then, I will introduce you to the history of Tortellino and of the ingredients we'll use. I will also teach you how to cook the famous Ragù Bolognese. It's your turn to get your hands dirty! You'll create your dough from scratch with a rolling pin as tradition dictates and together we'll make Tortellini, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle. You'll be followed during every step of the process, from rolling to folding. At the end of the workshop you'll finally get to savor your creation. In order to fully enjoy your day without taking notes, before leaving we'll handle you a small cookbook containing all the instructions to repeat at home what you've learned during the day. The course last 3/4 hours.

I always had a genuine passion for cooking. I still remember the fragrant smell of freshly baked bread rising from my family's bakery. Growing up my interest and passion for cooking became so important that I started studying and taking classes. For me cooking is more than a job. In the last few years I worked to master something I did since a was a little boy helping grandma: pasta fresca. Also what better way to stay fit than rolling dough?
Once you will get to the place, the course will take place in my flat, which is plenty of all the comfort that you will need and that is fully equipped with all the useful things for cooking.
