Along with a glass or two of wine and some delicious crostini and olives, you'll learn all about pasta making in an intimate class (max size 8) for 2 hours with your workshop leader Oli. You'll learn how to make perfect pasta dough, use a pasta machine, and make great cut pasta (tagliatelle etc), shapes (farfalle) and filled pasta (ravioli). Your teacher, an experienced chef and pro pasta maker, will give you personal tuition to ensure you understand and enjoy fresh pasta making. You will then be able to take your pasta home with you!
My name is Oli, and I'm a experienced chef and artisan pasta maker. I have been trained by one of the Italian masters to make all kinds of cut and filled pasta, and have spent many hours working for an Italian pastificio and restaurant producing artisan pasta. I have spent much of the past 20 years in my family holiday home in Tuscany working with and learning about pasta and Italian food!

We are running these pop-up pasta workshops from a super cool vintage vinyl cafe in East London. It's intimate, easy to get too, and got a great energy!
You’ll be taking your handmade pasta home with you at the end of the night, we won’t be eating it during the workshop. There will be snacks while you work though.
