The first thing you need to know about freediving is that anybody with an average physical state can do it. First of all we will show you how to wear the equipment and teach you the basics like communication signs, breathing or decompensation techniques, we will do this on a pool or on the beach. Learning to control your breathing is a major part in learning how to freedive. As the heart of freediving is technique and relaxation we will use yoga techniques that can be of great help on your every day life. Once you feel comfortable we will go into the sea to look for an spot with the depth that will suit your capabilities, this could be 10, 15 or even 25 meters on your first experience, most students don't believe how much they are capable of accomplishing in their first freediving course. Once in te spot we will start individual dives accompanied with the instructor, this will help you improve both your technique and your confidence. After a while you will be comfortable to do your own dives, explore the bottom of the sea and its natural treasures. To conclude the experience we will celebrate the end of the journey with a nice cold drink by the sea while enjoying the sunset.
