We will start with a tasty local snack and the sound of lovely Spanish guitar cords on the background to welcome all the guests into our kitchen.
Aprons on, we will dive into our culture cooking all together a 5 dish full menu on a tour all around our country and back to Mallorca. Through our kitchen, we will travel to different parts of Spain, taste traditional flavors and discover the secrets hidden in the preparation of the culinary icons of our culture.
Nina, María or myself, Luís, will guide you into the “classics” of every home and the tricks our mums and grandmothers use in the kitchen. Tasty easy to make recipes that you can take home so you can surprise friends & family: local "sobrasada" appetizer, the authentic "tortilla", tradicional "paella" and "Catalan cream". All cooked with a pinch of adventure!
We turn the process into a fun, team working and accessible session, so that our guests enjoy their time together and feel secure and able to repeat the menus back home.
After the cooking session, we will sit together at our big dinning table and experience the love for the emotional, social and festive component of the Mediterranean table.

You don't need to bring anything special, just a good attitude to share a real local experience. You can arrive 5 min. before the class and we will provide everything you need.

We will host this experience in our "open kitchen", which has a homely majorcan vibe to it. Located in “La Lonja”, the old town of Palma, a beautiful and lively labyrinth of streets full of cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, art galleries and shops of all kinds. We are 2 min walk to Palma Cathedral and right in front of the majestic building of La Lonja, one of the Gothic masterpieces of the island.

Luis was a fantastic and energetic host. As soon as we entered the kitchen we felt safe and at home. Luis was particularly mindful of hygiene during this time and we felt no worry at all. He took us through each recipe we were cooking in detail, discussing the origins and family connections to the food. I personally am not a brilliant chef and he facilitated this carefully and with a great attitude. This was a very unique and intimate setting and my partner and I were able to equally share the load of cooking. Paired with an open bar and delicious food it was a 10/10 evening. Before we left Luis also provided us with local recommendations and tips which has been super helpful during our trip! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to Palma who is looking for something fun and traditional right in the heart of the Old Town. We intend to tell family and friends to go there when they have a chance could not speak more highly of Luis and the overall experience.

Amazing experience in a great location! The kitchen was easy to find, we were personally greeted, and the most delicious cheese and olives were waiting for us. We were treated with a delicious white wine, and there were several other options for drinks throughout the class. The dishes were all INCREDIBLE, and our host described each ingredient’s purpose and why it’s special to Spain or Mallorca along the way. The class is the perfect amount of time, and we got to take part in each of the dishes and enjoy them together, plus a take home recipe pamphlet of the dishes we made. Highly, highly recommend this class. I would take it again as soon as I’m less full of all of the delicious Spanish food :)
