You will learn how to make a perfect Italian handmade pasta from scratch. We’ll do two classic traditional pasta, choosing from gnocchi, cannelloni, ravioli, agnolotti and lasagne. We’ll start the making of the handmade pasta on a long wooden table located in my large kitchen. Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by an aperitif, which I prepared in advance. Never miss the bruschetta with tomato, extra virgin olive oil and basil served together with two surprise tastings, all to be accompanied by a good wine glass. When we finish, we will cook and will enjoy our pasta all together. We’ll travel time in nature and in absolute peace. In summer, if the weather allows it, we can enjoy the beautiful days outdoors. In winter, we will stay indoors near the lighted fireplace, while it’s raining or snowing outside. After lunch, you can walk around the countryside, having the possibility to visit the amazing Vivaro Park, behind the house, place of elections for nature lovers and horseback riding. The surroundings are rich of history, then, don’t lose the beauties of Frascati, with the splendid villas tuscolane and the abbey of San Nilo in Grottaferrata, jewel of the year 1000.
Food has always been my passion thanks to the teaching of two fantastic cooks: my mom and my grandmother. After years in journalism and in the world of communication, I decided to deepen this passion by offering cooking courses.
