Our tastings are relaxed, educational and most importantly fun. You will explore classic flavor combinations and we will guide you through Spain producing wines, regions, grapes and a bit of history. On your journey you explore 3 regional wines with some local food snacks. You learn about the story behind each product and producer and why the combination forms more flavors than their sum.

We're both sommeliers and we've been living in and loving the city of Barcelona, and local gastronomy, for some time. We're very happy to invite you to join me at our boutique wine shop in the heart of the old town for our wine tastings.

Vivian is an experienced sommelier, very good english speaker, professional and with great sense of humour. well prepared, talked openly without notes, was explaining every little question I threw at her and connecting it back to the presentation of the 3 wines and regions. She explained history and compared with other countries. Went through the regions and styles produced nearby. And she selected very interesting wines cava raventós roig brut, olbieta blanc 2018 priorat, mireia de ribera roble. The leading of the tasting was eye-opening. The snacks were selected to pair with each wine. Olives, manchego de oveja and fuet. We were left alone for a little while to snack and taste afterwards for ourselves. I was more than Happy and content afterwards. I definitely recommend the tasting with vivian, if you are a wine drinker and know a bit what you like to open your horizons and get some Tipps what to taste and where to visit some cellers.

The experience was good but nothing special. We learned some interesting facts about the different wine regions in Spain. There was not that much of an exiting feel to it though, it was a little bit tame, I think we expected it to be more fun. However, overall it was ok and not bad for 19EUR

Vivian is a boss babe who knows all the is to know about wine! Both a wine novice and expert would truly enjoy this experience, as the information and wine were quality. The atmosphere was causal but well-informed. Vivan asked regularly what we liked and don’t like and tailored our experience to our (newly found) preferences. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to learn a little more about wine in a fun and laid-back setting, but without sacrificing the knowledge or finesse of a true expert. We would give this experience 11/10 stars and would happily return!
