This Helpful Lesson (loaded with tools), urban hike* and guided meditation begins in the famous floating-home neighborhood of Eastlake —just 2 miles north of Pike Place. We’ll meet at a local artesian bakery, a B-corporation with delicious breads and roots in the Pacific Northwest. There, we’ll go over the MINDFULNESS LESSON and some Awareness exercises to solidify our practice. Afterwards, we’ll head out to explore, observe, and enjoy Nature. We'll hike up the hill, weaving through an incredibly unique park underneath the highway, hit a local hot-spot, and emerge into a beautiful hidden garden. We will be in Seattle's neighborhood of floating homes, Eastlake. The lesson and mindfulness practice will be held on the south side of the neighborhood at an artesian bakery. This local establishment makes delicious breads and builds community, so it's a great place to practice Awareness.
