As a decade+ Yogi who founded https://deydreaming.com (a website for people who Create), I practice what I preach. This experience ends 1.3 miles east of starting point. Sometimes it rains and the path gets muddy (but it's manageable). Stairs are steep. Appropriate shoes are required —as well as a beginners mind.
