We will welcome you with an espresso. Then we will have an olive oil tasting, where we will give you the best info about olive oil and health, nutrition, and tradition. We only use our organic extra virgin olive oil that won the gold medal this year at the world competitions in New York, London, and Sicily. You will learn how to recognize a good olive oil from a bad one from the supermarket. Then we will make bruschetta and taste our red or white wine from the farm. With a glass of wine in your hand, we will show you our wine cellar and olive documentary—or our olive mill, if you prefer.

We will be at the Fontanaro organic olive oil and wine estate, in a special tasting room and wine cellar. The estate is in Umbria, near Tuscany. It's close to the Chiusi Chianciano train station, which is very well connected to Rome and Florence.
