We will cook traditional tuscany dishes in an ancient kitchen, originally of the medieval age, including homemade pasta, peposo (a traditional stew) and tiramisu', meantime I tell you the history of these dishes and of our farm. During this experience you will taste and drink our Chianti Classico Wine and you will visit our familiar farm including the cellar. To prepare the four-course meal we will use only locally seasonal products and at the end you will enjoy, weather permitting, your meal in the garden surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with relax, peace and a stunning view of chianti landscape. It will be availability to do the cooking class in the afternoon ending with dinner 5.00-9.30 p.m. (only in spring and summer season), please let me know if you are interesting in it, same menu and cost. We will visit our familiar farm specialized in producing Chianti Classico Wine, extra vergine olive oil, and more over such as Vinsanto ("holy"dessert wine) vinegar and jam. If interested is included a tour of our cellar where I'll be happy to explain you the vinification process, and our small artist atelier too. We will cook in our ancient house originally of medieval age. You will eat in the garden enjoying the landscape (weathe permitting)
