I love her homemade pasta when we have lunch together under the pergola of my garden. She will teach you how to make perfect handmade tuscan pasta from scratch. We will use the freshest local seasonal products from Cetona. We will make tuscan traditional pasta, pici, with three tuscan sauces: ragu, aglione and briciole. We will learn to create an Italian style mise en place and, finally, we will eat, and savour our pasta together. Delicious!
