If you want to enjoy an truly Italian experience, cooking in a beautiful kitchen, sharing with Italians their meal, a friendly chat in an amazing landscape, this is your place. The trip takes few minutes from Florence, and then in front of you the hills display in all their charme. We begin to cook immediately, in a relaxed and chatty atmosphere. Around 6, before we begin to make pasta but the other courses are in progress, we have our pit-stop with Prosecco and some snacks, a real Italian aperitivo. We make pasta on my beautiful wooden board and set the table. When the weather is favorable, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labors in the garden as we share a family meal. A garden in the hill, surrounded by olive trees, is not an everyday experience. After a gorgeous and relaxed dinner, I take you back to the nearest point possible to your hotel.

My place is a typical stone country house built at the end of the 19th century for the farmers of the Antinori marquis. At the time it was just a unique room for a large family, over the years it was renovated but it still maintains its atmosphere.
