WOD (Workout of the day) Circuit: 20-25 minutes Strength and endurance session over various exercises (Bodyweight - No fitness tool) . Calm down + Stretching + Sharing moments: 5-10 min
Born in France and raised between Barcelona and Paris, I settled in Barcelona 6 years ago. I’m an international project manager in marketing with a strong passion for sport since I was born. Indeed, I am a sport addict and I compete in different sports (ex: Trail, OCR among others). My aim is to share this passion with you, and help you to push your limits through functional trainings. I would be glad to introduce you to this amazing experience. Above all, having fun while burning calories, meeting new people and socializing are the most important aspects of this activity. Very close to El Poblenou, a trendy neighborhood in town. I highly recommand you to have a walk there afterwards, it’s great place to see! Also, there is a great “Chiriguinto” (typical spanish beach restaurant) where you will able to have a coffee/breakfast/lunch and refuel your body. Easy to reach: walk/metro/bus/tax/bike Also for your information, there are beach showers where we will be training! ;)
All levels are accepted (novice/experienced). I will bring a bag with me so that you can leave your phone/keys inside if needed.
