Hatha Yoga Class : I will start with short introduction about the class and learn all the students health restriction if any. Then we will get ready for practise in calming easy sitting posture watching breath and releasing mind. After mind is free we are coming to joints exersice part called Sukshma Vyayama - which help to loose up joints and eliminate energy blockage to prevent any injuries while practising. After body is prepared we will do breathing techniques called pranayama to observe subtle body. Now we are prepared for yoga postures - the active part of class tailored to my students requirements and their health conditions. Dont worry if you are new to yoga as the teaching will be on multi -levels and personal approach ( which is why I preffer small group classes) Well job is done and it is time for cooling down stage called savasana followed by neck/head massage to complite relaxation. The session is accomponied with nice restorative music . Having rested I’ll serve delicious fruites and aurverdic fresh made drink to boost your energy on the terrace where you can lay back and relax after class.

I've studied 100 xhours Integrative Anatomy and Hatha Yoga in Dubai. Continued with 240 x hours RYT Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayan Academy of Yoga in Rishikesh, the intensive course of Iyengar yoga at “Patanjala Yoga Kendra".For the last 2 years I focus on Iyengar yoga and participate Bali work shops. I learn and practice daily to improve my teaching skills and my clients welbeing

The class is hold at me house on specially designed space on the 2d floor . Optionally in AC room or on the terrace. The place is quite and breezy and I have everything to make you comfortable while class.
