体験できること

In this Experience you’ll learn how to maximize your oxygen intake through a specific set of breathing techniques from the comfort of your home.

First, we’ll go through the history of my Olympic journey as a runner who focused on extreme levels of fitness. As a cornerstone of my training, I isolated valuable deep-breathing techniques which we will review.

Second, we’ll get in the proper position to maximize oxygen intake and we’ll review the exact movements required as an introduction to the actual exercises.

Third, we’ll begin the breathing techniques as I guide your focus with each breath.

Finally, I’ll open the class to questions. Many guests will be quite relaxed at the conclusion of the final breathing technique and will often prefer to remain quiet, but you should feel free to ask anything still left on your mind.

As captain of Stanford University's track team and the USA National Champion in the 800 Meter race, I took my diet and lifestyle very seriously. I attribute making it all the way to the Olympic Games to a very clean diet, strenuous high-altitude training, and deep breathing techniques. Each day, these breathing sessions help me recover, get more focused, and maximize my lung capacity. I share exactly which breathing techniques made me an Olympian, in hopes that others use it as a daily skill for life empowerment. Whether you run or not, oxygen is free, and it’s the number one element to endurance activities. Since the CDC announced that Covid-19 attacks lungs and creates shortness of breath, there’s never been a better time to focus on preventative lung care.

It was such a pleasure learning new breathing techniques with Michael. As a runner there were elements of the lesson I had never thought about before. This will undoubtedly help my stamina but also transcend into my everyday life. Michael was personal and had a great sense of humor. It was cool to connect with the other participants too.

We highly recommend this experience! My teen and I did this session together and came away with a lot of new knowledge and techniques to try. The techniques we learned are great for anyone and seem very valuable to overall health. We will definitely be using them. A huge thank to Michael for being a great host!

This experience really lived up to my expectations; I thoroughly enjoyed it and I came away with a better understanding of my breathing and what can be done better to improve my lung capacity. With Michael's guidance we set some clear goals over the coming weeks, using simple tools and methods that has helped him not only in his sports career, but his personal life as well. These techniques really can help us all - so this experience is worth 50 minutes of your time for a lifetime of better outcomes.

I lucked out and had an opportunity to connect with Michael 1-on-1. He shared his highly qualified history as well as scientific knowledge about breathing. Michael cared about how I've been incorporating deep breathing into my life which set the stage up for a customized experience. I was also welcomed to ask questions along the way. All of the above was blended together harmoniously. We moved into 3 different and intentional breathing exercises. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but ever since the experience I've been consciously aware of my breathing and incorporating one of the three breathing techniques throughout my day. I've been breathing deeper on the regular already. And Michael - you were right about the sleeping one. That is (olympic) gold! Grateful for your expertise and to have spent quality time deep breathing with you. I walked away with a wealth of new knowledge that is already proving to be beneficial. Appreciate you very much! Thank you! Highly recommended experience for those interested in deep breathing techniques which is physiologically beneficial for all. Especially now with coronavirus.
