You’ll jump right into running. We will warm up for about half a mile. Once we are warmed up, we will do some dynamic stretches and prepare for our three- to four-mile run. Mileage on our runs is subject to change, depending on the trail you want to do. Every mile will bring you closer to the person you want to be. Challenge, and discover yourself in the process, as we explore all the trails around Los Angeles and see its hidden treasures.
I am 28 years old and I love running. I love Los Angeles and the cities around it. There is so many beautiful trails and views that we can visit together. I am very outgoing, easy to talk to, and enjoy meeting new people all the time. I run for fun, although I recently started running some races to set my PR (personal record). I have done two half-marathons (PR 2:07:15), four 5Ks (PR 28:04:10), and two 10K (01:01:22) runs. My goal for 2018 is to run a full marathon.
Our location depends on your mood and the distance. Options include Griffith Park/Hollywood sign (8 miles); Culver City stairs (two to three miles), Grand Park (one to two miles), City of Walnut (one to five miles), and Vista Hermosa Natural Park (two to three miles).
