My silent disco bootcamp provides a unique fitness experience. It combines high-intensity workouts with a silent disco party flare. You will enjoy a highly motivating instructor, energizing music, and easy-to-follow instructions while listening on your individual sound system. Instructors will provide beginner, intermediate, and advance workouts, depending on your level. The duration of the workout is 50 minutes.

Thank you for choosing to review our experience. We have collectively lived in the DC community for over 10 years. Miles is the founder of Silent Disco Bootcamps. He previous worked for a large gym as a group fitness instructor leading a variety of classes. With his love for the beautiful outdoors and bootcamp classes he decided to combine the two. Tay is the lead instructor and has a bachelors degree in exercise physiology and has been active in DC Fitness for the past 5 years as a running Captain with the District Running Collective; has completed multiple marathons and triathlons
This experience takes place at the shaded Robert Taft Memorial located adjacent to the US Capitol building. Metro: Union Station | A brisk 5 min walk towards the Capitol building.
Bring your choice of hydrating beverage, workout gloves, yoga mat (not mandatory), and proper attire. Please use the proper amount of sunscreen, hydrate in advance, and arrive five minutes early.
