For 1 hour you will learn exactly how to create your own batch of home made pesto from the 11th floor. Together, we will cook in a kitchen with a spectacular view of all of Phoenix. You will have the chance to eat your fresh batch of pesto alongside authentic al dente Italian fettuccini. My name is Arthur and I'm French, born & raised in south of France in a small town called Sanary Sur Mer. Growing up in France gave me a passion for the food & it's culture. In France the food is everything. People don't just eat, THEY COOK! Really well & with love! When I was a kid my mom & grandfather kept me busy by staying in the kitchen with them, where I quickly learned most of their recipes. Now that I've moved to Phoenix I'm so happy to have brought my cooking skills and culture along with me to share with everyone!
