You will first meet a venetian chef in his house and we will mingle with complimentary prosecco or spritz and appetizers in a little, characteristic Venetian apartment twenty minutes walking from Ponte Rialto and fifteen minutes walking from Piazza San Marco. Then we will prepare a homemade pasta, made with your own hands under the guidance of the experienced chef. We will enjoy the authentic italian and venetian meal like at a dinner party with friends, alongside with some of the best local wines offered by me. The best way to experience the venetian life style as well as authentic italian food and drink culture and the more expendable experience to bring back with you from your trip!
As I wanted to be a chef in order to travel through different cultures and traditions, after going through the renowned schools Gambero Rosso and Cordon Bleu and working over fifteen years in many countries and restaurants, I settled in my own city and opened my house to travellers.
