We will meet on a beautiful London morning at the Mudchute station and will travel back to the old days when we lived as one with nature and preserved our own food. We will meet amazing farm creatures - animals and aviary birds that sing when people approach them. We will be able to see donkeys, llamas and horses while we would also pet goats, sheep, rabbits and guinea pigs. Afterwards, we will be taken to see the birds of the farm, parrots and mandarin ducks. Another secret encounter will follow up before we finish our day at the farm restaurant where we can share our joy from the experience!
I am the founder of the Pigeon Tours Company and a qualified City of Westminster Tour Guide. I love nature in urban life and been visiting this farm for a couple of years already. I always loved animals and was raised by 2 cats and a dog, however, I love birds most of all. I would be happy to share this experience with you. I work as a guide for 5 years, conducted over 5,800 tours for more than 8,000 guests. You will explore this tour either with me, Flora or Michelle. Flora and Michelle are professional tour guides who I studied with and who both contributed to making this tour an amazing experience. Michelle comes on a farm every weekend and knows how to knit from wool, while Flora is the best with birds, they all fly closer when they notice her.
We will get to the middle of the Isle of Dogs. This Farm is one of the largest inner City Farms anywhere in Europe, located in East London. Even Londoners are not aware of its existence.
