Who doesn't love Italian food? This is a "hands on" class where each guest participates in preparing the final meal. We'll make an appetizer, a salad, and a hand made fresh pasta dish - topping it with a heavenly and savory sauce. All served with a hearty homemade bread. Then we will all sit down and enjoy the final outcome, toasting with a glass of wine as we make new friends. Note: Your bring the wine and I'll provide the glasses.
I am a Boston native with Italian roots and true to my culture. I love to cook and I love teaching. I owned and operated Le Petit Gourmet in Milford, Connecticut where I created Italian and Mediterranean specialties . In 2013 I was selected as a contestant on the popular TV show, Master Chef, Season 3 with Gordon Ramsay where I competed for the $250,000 prize. In 2017 I attended The Milano Cooking School in Milan, Italy where I learned regional cooking expanding my knowledge of Italian cuisine. Come to my kitchen and let me teach how to make great pasta and delicious sauces. You're guaranteed good food and lots of laughter.
All the ingredients necessary
We will gather in my private kitchen which is located in an elevator building. It is important that you arrive 15 minutes early , wear non-skid footwear, short sleeve top, and long hair tied back. Aprons will be provided. Printed recipes will be available to take home.
