I will start the practise with meditation following by total body warming up, Sun Salutations and then the flow I create to suit your travel lifestyle. The Flow would be gentle and aim at loosen up total body, especially Hips and Shoulders. Finishing up sequence with some back bending then Savasana. I'll apply Pranayama and a few minutes of meditation to bring your awareness back to your body and energy. Take a little break from practise, you can take a walk on the beach, while I prepare yummy smoothie bowl at our beach cafe for you. Take as much time as you like to chill out at our place.

Ao Thalane is my favorite area to hangout as its calmness and scenic. Along with what I love to do, Yoga, which I've been practising for 5 years and completed 3 Yoga Teacher Training courses, I am confident in my skill and experience to offer you the beneficial Yoga practise. My yoga class is suitable for everyone even you have no experience, because I'll focus on foundation, correct alignment to allow you to get most benefits. This way you'd understand more the purpose of each posture and can take home to practise by yourself.

We'll be practising yoga on the patio of Heritage Thai House by the beach. The sound of waves and quietness of the area would allow you to reconnect with yourself.
