Hola! I have been a fitness instructor and dance enthusiast for over 10 years. A native of Los Angeles, I travelled to the Yucatán paradise of Tulum for many years and made the move here in 2018. In LA, I worked as a Weight Trainer with private clients . When I became injured, I trained in Feldenkrais From there I developed a yoga practice, and fully dove in by taking Noah Maze’s 200hour YTT in Los Angeles. Since then I have completed over 100 hours Certificated Continuing Yoga Education. I love integrating every modality that has shaped my yogic path into my class so that each client can uniquely deepen their practice, and have fun doing it! I also love to share my techniques for being photographed. Simple details informed by yoga and dance can truly enhance one’s interaction with a camera. Pose perfection is an Art for ALL!!
