We'll meet at one of Shanghai's most iconic local architectural sights in the leafy former French Concession. After discussing your personal requests for pace and any specific sights, we'll head off to a variety of Shanghai must-dos before the crowds arrive. We'll work our way east, weaving through parks and back…
Water We can stop along the way for water, or feel free to bring your own bottle.

I've been living in Shanghai for more than nine years and have loved exploring about every inch of it on foot, while also running the city's #1 food tour company. I love to show guests my city, and I can talk at length about tips for the rest of your stay, whether it be sights to see, restaurants to eat at, or anything else you might need help with.
Over the course of five to seven and a half miles of jogging, we will see more of Shanghai than most visitors will see in a week. Jog the best streets of the former French Concession, Tianzifang before the shops are overcrowded, Fuxing Park, Xintiandi, Old Town (before it is completely destroyed by new development), Shouning Lu and Tangjiawan Lu market, the Cool Docks, and the iconic Bund riverside.
Bring your usual running gear. You will need to carry your camera and cell phone.
